Workshop Overview:

This half-day workshop is designed for new fitness instructors who are interested in teaching group exercise programs specifically tailored for new moms. The workshop focuses on cardio and circuit-based training at low intensity, perfect for mothers looking to start or restart their fitness journey in a supportive environment.
